Wallis Watson is managed by an enthusiastic and competent team of two that are responsible for the appointment and coordination of external consultants and contractors to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of all aspects of a project - from due diligence to planning, engineering and construction to sales and marketing. In addition, the Wallis Watson team provides the corporate services and day to day accounting for all projects and their associated entities.

Jim Watson, Director (Operations & Management)
Jim Watson commenced as a self-employed builder in Victoria in 1967. Over the subsequent 44 years, in addition to construction work, he has undertaken many developments across the entire range of residential, commercial and industrial property.
In 1997 Jim joined with Ian Wallis to form Wallis Watson Project Management Pty Ltd (forerunner of the Wallis Watson Group) as a dedicated development company with a predominant focus on residential subdivisions.
The company has developed approximately 1800 lots since its inception, valued in the order of $500m at current market prices.
Jim brings extensive project management and construction experience to the group, where he is responsible for its administrative and operational functions.
