Wallis Watson is managed by an enthusiastic and competent team of two that are responsible for the appointment and coordination of external consultants and contractors to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of all aspects of a project - from due diligence to planning, engineering and construction to sales and marketing. In addition, the Wallis Watson team provides the corporate services and day to day accounting for all projects and their associated entities.

Ian Wallis, Director (Acquisitions & New Ventures)

As a senior member of accounting firm MCA Accountants Pty Ltd for 41 years, Ian Wallis brings to Wallis Watson considerable experience in business and taxation matters.

In addition to his accounting practice, Ian commenced to develop property in 1976. He has developed in excess of 2,000 residential allotments, some in his own right and some by way of syndication.

Ian brings valuable commercial and property development expertise to the team.
