Wallis Watson is a boutique property development group, based on the Mornington Peninsula. The group has a solid reputation for identifying development opportunities and project-managing residential subdivisions and commercial developments from inception to completion.
The core activities and project management tasks are undertaken by Wallis Watson Project Management Pty Ltd (WWPM). WWPM was established in 1997 to merge the land development skills and combined 53 years business experience of its founders Ian Wallis and Jim Watson. Today, WWPM manages developments throughout Victoria and beyond.
